Q: Why do the taste of mangoes vary per batch?
A: Mangoes are nature’s bounty and each mango has its own character and taste.
Q: Why do the strips vary in color?
A: When the mangoes are dried they react differently at varied points of their ripeness, giving them varied color.
Q: Is there a lot of sugar added to each batch?
A: The Mango Strips have approximately a teaspoon of sugar per serving.
Q: Do I have to refrigerate the mango strips after I open them?
A: We only recommend refrigeration to maintain the moisture, taste and color for a longer period of time. Oxidation does cause the color to darken over time. The product is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration.

Q: Are the mango strips a substitute for the daily-recommended fruit serving?
A: No
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: The shelf life is 16 months.
